8 HUGS, 2 children, 6 adults (1 husband, 1 Mother in law, 4 friends at The Little Gym)
I can’t believe that I have forgotten to tell you all! Over the weekend I finally got a chance to hug the woman that cleans up the trash along the road near my house. I have been wanting to forever because she alone keeps it so tidy and looking so nice. I saw her and made a quick stop just to thank her for keeping the street clean. She lived right across the street and was so appreciative of my hug.
Speaking of appreciation, it was especially difficult letting go of mother in law as she made her way back home. Granted I will see her again in one month, but she was invaluable this past week as the whole family battled a trifecta of sickness. I am talking stomach bugs, respiratory illness and viruses. Gah! Since having children I truly believe that it does take a village and it’s moments like these that I wish I could twinkle my nose like in Bewitched and *poof* all my family are here. But then I remember, aren’t we all just one big family?
Please accept this blog as my virtual hug to you.
