7 HUGS, 2 children, 5 adults (1 husband, 3 neighborhood friends, 1 employee at Kroger)
After a visit with my Mother in law and rampant illness in my household I finally returned to a typical day in our household. A workout at O2 Fitness with a neighborhood friend, grocery shopping, cleaning the house, cooking and a play date with another neighborhood friend. Ahh… It feels good. It’s comfortable. Like a big fluffy down blanket. I was content to just snuggle in to the familiarity of it.
Life sends constant challenges. These challenges must be overcome to attain the life that we are meant to live. I just finished Paulo Coelho’s The Alchemist. It was full of challenges that needed to be overcome for the Shepherd to realize his dream. But, between the lines I noticed that he lived life. He spent time in comfort working toward the dream. Without these comfortable breaks he wouldn’t have had the time or energy to move forward. It was during these times he learned and grew. They were a time for refocusing and rejuvenating. I am feeling rejuvenated already.
Please accept this blog as my virtual hug to you.
